START EARNING WHILE YOU LEARN

START EARNING WHILE YOU LEARN

You Don't Have to Wait Until You Graduate

During your program, you are completing supervised teaching hours — which means you are already working with real people on the reformer. Many students use this time to build their client base by advertising discounted apprentice or student rates. This is smart business, not cutting corners. You are transparent about your status, your clients get affordable sessions, and you start generating income before certification is complete.

With a home reformer, this becomes even more powerful — no studio rent, no scheduling around someone else's space, no waiting list for equipment. Your reformer is available when your clients are. Your ROI starts the week it arrives.

Frequently Asked Questions

We understand lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit.

Who is this program for?

This program is for beginners, career changers, fitness professionals, working instructors, and studio owners who want serious Pilates teacher training with structure, support, and real-world teaching skills.

If you want to become a confident instructor and stop guessing your way through exercises, cueing, anatomy, and client corrections, this program gives you the foundation and guidance to do it properly.

Do I need Pilates experience before I enroll?

No prior teaching experience is required.

This program is designed to meet you where you are and guide you step by step. You do not need to come in already knowing how to teach. We help you build the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to become a capable Pilates instructor.

What style of Pilates do you teach?

We teach a clear, practical, anatomy-based Pilates method that prepares you to work with real clients in real teaching situations.

You will learn more than exercises. You will learn how to understand movement, cue clearly, modify safely, and teach with purpose. Our goal is to help you become an instructor who knows what you are doing, not one who simply memorizes choreography.

How long does the training take?

Each program has a clear training timeline so you know exactly what to expect before you enroll.

You will have a structured path to follow, including lessons, practice, teaching hours, and assessments. We help keep the process organized so you are not left wondering what to do next.

What do I actually get when I enroll?

You get a complete teacher training experience designed to help you become a confident Pilates instructor.

Your training includes education, structure, practice, guidance, teaching tools, and support. Everything is built to help you understand the work, apply it to real bodies, and grow into teaching with more clarity and confidence.

What equipment do I need?

We tell you exactly what you need before you begin, so there is no confusion.

For Mat training, you do not need large equipment. For Reformer or Comprehensive training, you will need access to the proper Pilates apparatus for practice. We will guide you through what is needed based on the program you choose.

How does certification work?

You earn your certificate of completion by successfully completing all required lessons, practice work, teaching hours, and assessments within your program.

This training is designed to prepare you for real-world teaching and to build the knowledge and experience needed to pursue national certification through the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP), which is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).

It is important to understand the difference between a certificate and a certification. A certificate is awarded by a training program after you complete its requirements. A certification, such as the NPCP exam, is an independent, nationally recognized credential that demonstrates your competency as a Pilates instructor.

Our program gives you the education, structure, and practical experience needed to feel confident teaching and to be well prepared if you choose to sit for the NPCP certification exam.

Will this help me get hired?

Yes. This training is designed to help you build the skills, confidence, and professionalism that studios and clients look for.

Studios do not just want someone who knows a list of exercises. They want instructors who can cue clearly, modify safely, communicate well, and work with different bodies. That is what this program is built to help you develop.

In addition, with over 25 years in the industry, we have built strong relationships with studios and fitness professionals. We are able to refer our graduates to studios looking for qualified instructors, helping you take the next step into teaching with real opportunities.

Is support available after I finish?

Yes. Support does not stop the moment training ends.

We want our students to continue growing after graduation. You will have guidance as you build confidence, gain experience, and take your next steps as an instructor. You will also have access to additional support for CPR certification and continuing education opportunities through NASM and AFAA, helping you stay current and continue advancing in your career.

Why choose this program?

Because BetterBody Pilates Teacher Training gives you a clear, supportive, and practical path to becoming a confident instructor.

With so many programs out there, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. This program keeps the process clear. You will learn the method, understand the body, practice teaching, and build the confidence to work with real clients.

You are not just collecting a certificate. You are learning how to teach.
