Becoming a Host Studio

Inquire
Submit a hosting inquiry. We review your studio setup, equipment condition, and market before confirming eligibility.

Agree & Deposit
Sign the host agreement. Submit $500 USD deposit. Dates, format, and schedule confirmed.

Recruit Students
Use BetterBody marketing assets and your own network to enroll minimum 8 paying students.

Course Activates
BetterBody delivers the full program. Your free staff enrollment is confirmed. Your studio gains a certified instructor.
Minimum enrollment: 8 paying students to activate. If below 8, course postponed to next cohort. Hosting deposit fully refunded if BetterBody cancels. · Equipment: Reformers must be safe and functional. BetterBody reserves the right to assess equipment before approval. · Free enrollment: One current employee per course. Non-transferable. Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. · Exclusivity: Host studios are not exclusive territories. BetterBody may operate in the same region through other channels. · Philippines hosts: Students pay USD or GCash USD-equivalent.
